There are two tools at this site. The first is a service called the AreWeDown.com service that runs on XP workstations, Windows 2000 workstations/servers, and Windows 2003 servers. The service logs database requests to a MySQL server every 30 seconds. The second tool available at AreWeDown is an IP trace/latency tool.

This software is free. Use it however you wish. There are no warranties of any kind at all. I'm only providing this because it was interesting to me and solved a particular problem that had always bothered me, namely, how can one gather some kind of TCP performance stats from a client's perspective. Trace and Latency Tool
